WELCOME TO
STUDENT DEVELOPMENT & ACADEMIC SERVICES
Created by a resolution of the Colorado School of Mines’ Board of Trustees on December 9, 1983, with a grant from the Coors Brewing Company, this department serves as the primary resource for student disability services, learning services, as well as professional counseling services on campus.
Designed upon the “Wellness” model, Student Development and Academic Services offers a variety of academic, personal, and career-related services to meet the needs of Mine’s undergraduate and graduate students. We serve all degree-seeking students enrolled in four (4) semester hours or more. Highly trained and experienced professionals who know and understand the Mines community provide high quality services designed to help students have a productive, enjoyable learning experience at the Colorado School of Mines. Please explore our website, visit our office in the Ben F.Parker Student Center (next to the Cashier), or give us a call (303-273-3377) to find out more about us.
